Because our boxes include self-care and personal items, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and a photo of the item(s), and we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

Order Issues
If something doesn’t feel right about your order, please reach out — we truly care about your experience and will always do our best to help.

Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, your order may already be in processing and cannot be changed.
